The hotel was spacious and facilities were very well kept, it had marvellous and fab location just off the arts, history and wonderful scenery, the main bus station in the valletta, and main restaurant. The service was first-class and the pool was great...

During my recent stay at The Phoenicia Malta, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel's prime location near Valetta's main bus terminus made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The grounds of the hotel were impeccably maintained and truly beautiful, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

Although there were minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as some issues with service and attention to detail, I did not personally encounter any of these problems during my stay.

The room is modern and cozy, with a welcoming touch of champagne on ice and the option for a wake-up service, located in a lounge area near a tower and theater.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, making it comfortable and stylish. The pool is stunning, overlooking Sliema creek and surrounded by lush greenery. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to Valletta in just 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The room was perfect, with exceptional service every day. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The gardens are beautiful and the mini bar in the room is constantly restocked. The hotel staff kindly offered us a bottle of prosecco for our wedding anniversary. The pool area offers stunning views of Sliema and the fort. a perfect stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service of the staff who made us feel welcome with two complimentary glasses of champagne. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main shopping area and restaurants. We enjoyed the picturesque sea views from our room and the beautifully landscaped surroundings of the property.

We did find the lack of Wi-Fi in the room inconvenient as we had to use the lobby area to connect to the internet. Also, we were disappointed to find that there were no newspapers or magazines available in the room for when the weather was too bad to go out.

We had an amazing experience at this luxury hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. the Spa centre was fantastic with exclusive amenities like massage and steam room that were truly fulfilling. the Infinity pool offered a stunning panoramic view of the city. the room advantages, including a private facilities such as an in-room breakfast, were all exclusive and luxurious. the Restaurant offered a delicious continental buffet breakfast and impressive packed lunches to take away.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a stand-alone shower which could have improved our overall experience. However, this was easily outweighed by the other luxurious facilities available at the venue.

A truly 5-star experience! We couldn't have been happier at Phoenicia Malta. The hotel went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, surprising us with prosecco and chocolate-dipped pineapples in our room. The personal touches, like a mingle event on our arrival and a courtesy room after check-out, made our stay truly memorable. The facilities, attentive staff, wonderful pool area, great food, and amazing location all exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.
